Here at Paired Property we’ve helped several investors grow their cash by investing in our projects. We’ve done this by acquiring a property that needs refurbishment, carrying out the refurbishment to a high-standard and then re-financing the property to release their funds, with interest.
We’ve been able to our investors their money back within 6-9 months, though some are more than happy to invest with us for the longer-term.
As a responsible property investor, we always offer security to our investors, in the form of a Loan Agreement and a restriction or a charge over the property.
