We're Sally and Morgan, a young married couple who invest in property.
Here we'll give you an overview of us, our family, what we do here at Paired Property, what we are trying to achieve and why. We’ll also outline our purpose, our values and we’ll aim to give you some of the assurance you need before choosing to work with us. So, here goes…
Hello, I’m Morgan James and I’m an owner and co-founder of Paired Property. I’m a Chartered Engineer and graduated from Swansea University with a 1st Class Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. From University I then joined a Gas Distribution Network on their Graduate Scheme before becoming one of their Asset Managers. I’m from Port Talbot, South Wales and live with my wife, Sally, our four children, our cat and two dogs in neighbouring Neath.
Hello, I’m Sally James and I’m also an owner and co-founder of Paired Property. I studied Childcare, Health and Social Care at Cardiff University and now work part-time for the NHS. I’m from Neath, South Wales and have lived here all my life, being proud to call it my home.
